Troubleshoot common issues

The bar isn't appearing

The bar is hidden by default, so first make sure you're inviting it out:

• Hover the docked edge of the window — the bar slides in only when you hover its edge.
• Check that the bar is enabled for the current site — it can be toggled off per site.
• If it still won't show, try removing and reinstalling the extension, then pin it again.

A sheet isn't loading

If a connected sheet shows no links, it's almost always a sharing setting:

• Make sure the Google Sheet is shared as "anyone with the link can view," or that the CSV is published.
• Re-copy the link and re-paste it into the bar's settings in case it was truncated or pointed at the wrong place.

My changes aren't showing

Edits to the sheet appear after the bar reads it again. If you don't see a recent change, wait for the next scheduled refresh or trigger a refresh manually. See Set an auto-refresh schedule.

Window or screenshot tools aren't working

The window and screenshot tools need the extension's permissions to act on your browser. If they don't respond, confirm you accepted the permissions prompt during install — reinstalling and re-accepting the prompt usually clears it up.
