URLflows for Teams

Next generation Flagship · Live

Shared bookmarks from a spreadsheet you control — for a whole team, or a team of one — surfaced in a docked bar on every page, plus private on-device-AI Smart bookmarks and a utility belt of screenshots, window tools, and quick utilities. The sheet needn't be public; the bar reads it through your existing Google session and respects your sheet's permissions. This is the next generation of URLflows — the product we develop most actively, so new tools and fixes land here first, whether you're sharing a bar with fifty people or just using it solo. Coming from URLflows for Individuals, which is retiring soon? This does everything that first-generation sidebar does, and more. No URLflows backend or account. Private, free, forever.

See it in action

Twelve slides on the whole command center — a Google Sheet as the shared database, the three surfaces it appears on, the live meeting agenda, opt-in on-device Smart bookmarks, the built-in developer tools, and the zero-backend trust model.

What you get

Where the on-device AI works: desktop Chrome only — Windows 10/11, macOS 13+ (Ventura), Linux, or Chromebook Plus — on a recent, capable machine with space for the one-time model download. Not on phones, tablets, or other ChromeOS devices. This is fast-moving tech, so where it’s available may change.

How to install

  1. Click Add to Chrome above (the label adapts to your browser — "Add to Edge", "Add to Brave", etc.) and confirm the permissions prompt.
  2. Pin it from the puzzle-piece Extensions menu so it's always one click away.
  3. Click the icon to open the bar and start onboarding.

Browser support: Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera, Arc, Vivaldi and other Chromium-based browsers all install from the same Chrome Web Store listing. No Firefox or Safari.
