Getting Started
What URLflows for Teams does
A low-maintenance bar of bookmarks on every page — powered by a spreadsheet you already control. Built for teams, and equally useful when the team is just you. Private, free, forever.
Shared bookmarks, straight from your own spreadsheet
Your team's shared bookmarks are read straight from a spreadsheet you already control — a Google Sheet or any published CSV. The sheet is the database: there's no URLflows backend and no separate sign-in. It does not need to be public — the bar reads the sheet through your browser's existing Google session, so a sheet you've shared only with your team works, with Google's permissions respected for each person.
Add or edit bookmarks in the sheet, and everyone's bar picks up the change on the next refresh. No accounts to manage, no central server to keep in sync.
One docked bar, organized automatically
Point the bar at one or more sheets. Each sheet becomes its own button in the bar, with links grouped by the sheet's tabs and filtered by tag. Sheet names and tabs are discovered automatically — you only paste the link.
The bar docks to the edge you choose (top, bottom, left, or right), stays hidden by default, and reserves no page space. Hover the edge to slide it in; it tucks away when you're done.
Built-in tools for everyday work
Beyond shared links, the bar packs in handy utilities:
- Screenshots — capture the visible viewport, a region you drag to crop, the full screen, or a stitched full-page grab.
- Window resizer & snap zones — resize to presets or snap the window to halves, quarters, and thirds.
- Quick tools — a color-picker eyedropper, page-zoom, history search, reopen-closed-tab, save-open-tabs-as-a-set, a network JSON viewer, plus one-tap AI and Google shortcuts.
Who it's for
URLflows for Teams is built for teams that want one shared, low-maintenance link list everyone can see — without standing up a tool, creating accounts, or paying for anything. If you can keep a spreadsheet up to date, you can run a shared bookmark bar for the whole team.
It also works beautifully as a team of one. Point the bar at a sheet only you can see and it becomes a personal bar that follows you across every browser you're signed into — with the same on-device-AI Smart bookmarks, the same screenshots and window tools, and the same calendar timeline. And because Teams is the product we develop most actively, solo users get new tools and fixes here first.
