Set an auto-refresh schedule
Keep everyone's bar current by having it re-read your sheet on a schedule — no manual steps for your teammates.
How auto-refresh works
The bar reads your connected sheet on a schedule you set. When you change a bookmark in the spreadsheet, the bar picks up that change on its next scheduled read — so edits propagate to everyone automatically, without anyone having to take action.
Refresh manually
You don't have to wait for the schedule. You can also trigger a refresh manually whenever you want the latest links right away — handy just after you've made an edit you want to confirm.
Why the interval matters for a shared sheet
Because the sheet is shared across the whole team, the refresh interval decides how quickly your edits reach everyone:
- A shorter interval means changes show up sooner for the team.
- A longer interval reads the sheet less often, which is fine if your links rarely change.
Pick an interval that matches how often your shared list actually changes.
