Find bookmarks fast
As your team's bar fills up, three tools keep any link a second away — search, Top, and Recent.
Search everything at once
The bar's search box flattens every source — all your connected sheets and your Smart bookmarks — into one list. Start typing and results filter instantly; click to launch. No need to remember which sheet or category a link lives in.
Jump to Top and Recent
- Top — a button that ranks your most-clicked bookmarks. Set how many it shows (the default is 10), and your go-to links float to the front automatically as you use them.
- Recent — the chronological companion to Top, surfacing the bookmarks you've opened most recently so you can pick up where you left off.
Group the bar your way
The bar's top-level buttons don't have to map to sheet tabs. Choose how they're grouped:
- By sheet tab (the default)
- By site or by domain
- By a Group column in your sheet
- By tag
You can also drag to reorder the source buttons so the ones you use most sit where you want them.
