Sort & refresh subtasks

Order subtasks the way you read them, and keep loading more as you scroll big boards.

Sort your subtasks

URLflows lets you sort the subtasks it shows so the list matches how you work. Choose to sort by:

  • Status — group by where each subtask stands.
  • Key — order by issue key.
  • Summary — order alphabetically by title.
  • Assignee — group by who's responsible.

Pick whichever makes a parent's breakdown easiest to scan.

Refresh and load more

Large boards can hold more work than loads at first. The floating "Refresh Subtasks" button reloads the subtasks for the board you're viewing and loads more as you scroll.

  1. Scroll down through the board to bring more cards into view.
  2. Click "Refresh Subtasks" to load the subtasks for the newly visible cards, or to re-pull everything if something looks out of date.
