Copy:Paste+ by URLflows
Copy from anything in dark mode and the colors come with it: pale text and dark blocks that only show up when someone reads your email or ticket on white. Copy:Paste+ makes copy and paste behave. What you paste arrives clean, every copy shows you what it holds before you paste it, and the details you shouldn't be pasting get flagged first. Private, free, forever.
What you get
- Paste cleanup in rich-text editors on any site: colors and backgrounds dropped, bold, lists and links kept
- A copies window with up to nine recent copies from every tab, or a card on the page for each copy
- Alt+1 to Alt+9 paste any recent copy, Alt+Shift+number as plain text, and pins that last until Chrome closes
- Stray spaces at the start or end of a copy pointed out, with Trim and Alt+V to paste trimmed
- Card numbers, emails, phone numbers, ID numbers, addresses and access keys masked before you paste
- Screen grabs of what's visible, a dragged area, a whole screen or window, or the entire page
- A right-click menu, a font and color for pasted text, Dark and Light themes, and a one-file backup
How to install
- Click Add to Chrome above (the label adapts to your browser — "Add to Edge", "Add to Brave", etc.) and confirm.
- Pin it from the puzzle-piece Extensions menu so the toolbar panel is one click away.
- Copy something on any page, then paste it into an editor: it arrives clean.
Browser support: Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera, Arc, Vivaldi and other Chromium-based browsers all install from the same Chrome Web Store listing. No Firefox or Safari.
