Core How-Tos
Push bookmarks to Chrome (and your phone)
Your team's links live in a spreadsheet, which is great on your laptop and no use at all on your phone. Push to Chrome bookmarks copies them into Chrome's own bookmarks — including the synced Mobile folder, which is how they reach your phone.
What it does
One click copies every bookmark URLflows knows about into a folder named URLflows in Chrome's own bookmarks, with one sub-folder per section so the structure you set up in your sheet survives the trip.
From there they're in Chrome's bookmark menu like any other bookmark — searchable from the address bar, and available in any window whether or not the URLflows bar is showing.
Push them
- Open Settings → Push to Chrome bookmarks.
- Choose where to write under Save to (see below).
- Click Push to Chrome.
There's also a Push to Chrome button in the side panel header, on by default, so you can re-push in one click without opening Settings. It writes to whichever location you picked in Settings. Hide it under the same settings page if you don't want it.
Choose where they land
- Regular bookmarks (bookmarks bar) — writes to Chrome's bookmarks bar on this computer.
- Mobile bookmarks (synced to your phone) — writes to the synced Mobile bookmarks folder, so the links show up in Chrome on your signed-in phone or tablet.
Mobile bookmarks is the interesting one: it's the route to having your team's links on a device where the extension itself can't run. You'll need to be signed in to Chrome with sync on for the folder to reach your phone.
Keeping it current
This is a copy, not a live link — new rows in your spreadsheet won't appear in Chrome's bookmarks on their own. Push again whenever you want to catch up.
Pushing again replaces the existing URLflows folder in the chosen location rather than adding a second copy, so what's there always reflects your current bookmarks. Sheets and tabs you've hidden are skipped, so the push mirrors what you actually see on the bar.
