Set where cards show and when they close

Everything about the copy cards is in Settings → Copying. Open it from the gear in the toolbar panel.

How many at once

How many at once sets how many cards a tab shows, one per copy, from 1 to 6 (3 to start). Past that, the oldest closes. Pinned cards don't count toward it.

Where they show

Where they show puts the cards in a corner of the window (Top right, the default, Top left, Bottom right or Bottom left) or Next to the pointer. Next to the pointer, Side of the pointer picks where they open; they move to the other side when there isn't room. Copy with the keyboard while the pointer is outside the page, and they open beside the copied text instead.

When they close

  • Close cards by themselves: on from the start. Off, a card stays until you close it with its ×, press Esc, or click through it.
  • Close after: how long each card counts down, 6 seconds to start, up to 30. A card waits while your pointer is on it, and while its tab is out of sight.
  • Fade as it counts down: off to start. On, a card dims a little each second, so it can stay up for as long as two minutes.

Put it back

Settings → Resets → Copying puts the cards back to three at once, top right, closing after 6 seconds without fading.
