Core How-Tos
Use the toolbar panel
Click the Chromie Homie by URLflows toolbar icon for every extension you publish and a direct link to each of its Developer Dashboard pages, with the numbers that matter at the top.
The tiles at the top
- Dashboards: a tile for each publisher account, with how many extensions it holds.
- All extensions: Charts (Analytics), Listings, and Update, which opens Data health to paste pages and import files.
- Three tiles for all your extensions together over 30 days: users and their change, net installs, and the average rating. Each opens its page in Settings.
A line under them says what needs attention: extensions to refresh, reviews to answer and listings with issues.
Each extension
Under Your extensions, each row shows its users, 30-day trend and rating, a small chart of its installs, and flags for reviews to answer, questions, unpublished edits, listing issues and stale numbers. Its actions sit in three groups that open and close with a + or −:
- Dev console: its Package, Store listing, Privacy, Distribution, Installs, Impressions, Users, Ratings and Support pages in the dashboard.
- Store: its public store page, its reviews, and copying its ID.
- Maintain: its listing, feedback, charts, promotion, capabilities and timeline in Chromie Homie, opened with it picked.
Expand all and Collapse all open or close every group. Choose the order (By name, A to Z or the order of Your extensions) and whether the numbers show, under Settings → Extensions → Toolbar panel.
Installed versions
Turn on Installed versions under Settings → Extensions → Toolbar panel and each row shows the version installed in this browser beside the store's: newer (ready to upload), saved, the same, or older. Chrome asks you to allow reading your installed extensions first. With it on, the panel can also list the extensions in this browser with a switch for each, the ones loaded unpacked first with a reload button, so you can test with others turned off.
The side panel and its own window
The panel's header has buttons to open the same panel in Chrome's side panel or in its own window, which stay open while you work in the dashboard. Pick which one the toolbar icon opens under Settings → Appearance → Panel, side panel or window. The header's Back up button saves a backup in one click.
