Add your extensions

Chromie Homie by URLflows gets your extensions and their listings from the pages you copy in. One paste of your Developer Dashboard page brings every extension on that publisher account.

Paste your Developer Dashboard

  1. Open your Chrome Web Store Developer Dashboard.
  2. Press Ctrl+U to view the page's source, then Ctrl+A and Ctrl+C.
  3. In Chromie Homie, open Settings → Extensions, paste it into Paste a page and press Read it.

Every extension on that account comes in with its full listing: name, summary, description, category, version, URLs, permissions, images, regions and languages. You can also drop a page saved with Ctrl+S (.html) on the box.

The dashboard's page source leaves out archived items. To add one, open it from the dashboard's Archived filter and paste its own page.

More than one publisher account

Switch to each account in the dashboard's menu and paste its page too. Publisher accounts fills in with each account's name and ID, so every dashboard link opens in the right account, and the toolbar panel gets a Dashboards tile for each.

Add an extension by ID or address

Under Add an extension, type each extension's 32-letter ID, its store page address or any of its dashboard addresses, one or more per line, and press Add. A dashboard address brings its publisher ID too.

Store, reviews and support pages

  • A store page adds that extension's public users, rating and badges, a day at a time for the charts.
  • A reviews page (its source, or its text with the extension picked) adds its reviews to the Feedback inbox.
  • The dashboard's Support page: select the page's text, copy it, and paste it with the extension picked under Extension.

Paste any of them again to update. Each change to a listing, and each new version, is noted on the timeline.

Order and pictures

The order under Your extensions is the order everywhere, and it fixes each extension's color on the charts. Each one shows its dashboard listing icon; click or drop an image on its picture to use your own.
