Core How-Tos
Keep your data fresh with Data health
Your numbers in Chromie Homie by URLflows are only as fresh as the last files and pages you brought in. Data health shows what's out of date and takes you straight to where it's refreshed.
Update
Open Settings → Data health, or press Update on the toolbar panel. Update goes straight to where each kind of data comes in: Paste a page, Import CSV files, Add by hand (a review, a question or an idea), Add an event and Tag capabilities.
Freshness and Refresh next
Freshness has one cell per source for each extension (its dashboard listing, store page, each analytics export and its reviews): the last day of data it holds and how long ago it was read. Each cell links to the dashboard page that exports it. Refresh next lists what's stale, so you can work down it.
Gaps
Gaps lists what was never imported, and the decision each one would unlock. For example, without an Installs export there's no churn on the Scorecard.
Choose when data is stale
Google documents no refresh lag for the dashboard, so the age that counts as stale is yours to set. Under Stale after, pick 3, 7, 14 or 30 days. What needs attention, on the toolbar panel shows a line under the panel's buttons, and the same flags on each extension's row.
