Read the Scorecard

The Chromie Homie by URLflows Scorecard puts every extension's numbers over one window side by side, worked out from the CSV files and store pages you've brought in.

Every extension

Pick a window and read, for each extension: users and how they moved, installs, uninstalls, net installs, page views, install rate, churn, rating, ratings per 1,000 users, recent reviews, its top region, language and campaign, and when it was last published.

  • Install rate is installs against page views.
  • Churn is uninstalls against installs.
  • Ratings per 1,000 users uses the store page's count.

A dash means that measure hasn't been imported for the extension; Data health says what's missing.

What moved

What moved names the largest changes in the window and the numbers that ask for a look, so you know where to start.

Brief and Ask

Brief says what changed over the window, what came just before it, and what to look at next. The facts are worked out on your computer; where Chrome's built-in model can run, Write the brief words them up, and any sentence with a number not in the facts is left out. Without the model, The facts are the brief.

Ask takes a question in your own words, such as which extension lost the most users, and reads it as one of a fixed set of lookups: rank by a measure, one extension's numbers, what feedback says, what happened after a promotion or release, or what's out of date. It shows how it read the question and the lines it found. The lookups also work by hand, without the model. See Use the on-device AI.
