Core How-Tos
Work through reviews and questions
Chromie Homie by URLflows gathers each extension's reviews and support questions into one inbox, flags the ones waiting too long for a reply, and turns what keeps coming up into ideas.
Bring reviews and questions in
- Reviews: open an extension's reviews page on the store, copy its source or its text, and paste it on Settings → Extensions → Paste a page.
- Support questions: open the extension's Support page in the dashboard, select the page's text, copy it, and paste it with the extension picked.
- By hand: Add a review or Add a question on the Feedback page, for one a paste missed or one sent another way.
The inbox
Open Settings → Feedback. Each review and question has a status and a link to reply in the dashboard; replies are written on the extension's Ratings page there. A review without a reply past the Reply limit (7, 14 or 30 days) is flagged, here and on the toolbar panel, and low ratings go on the timeline.
No feedback yet? Sample feedback loads a made-up set, marked Sample, and removes it in one click.
Ideas
Make an idea on a review or question files it under Ideas and counts the mention; add your own with Add an idea. Ideas are ranked by how often they come up, what they'd do and what they'd cost. Mark one Done and it can go into the next release notes.
The loop checklist
The Loop checklist lists the ways each extension can hear from its users: a support URL (read from its listing), an uninstall survey, a review prompt and notification emails. Tick each as you add it.
Sorting and drafting with the model
Where Chrome's built-in model runs, On-device AI sorts each review and question by kind and topic, files new problems and requests as ideas, and drafts replies to reviews. See Use the on-device AI.
