Capture screenshots

Grab exactly the part of the page you need, in the format you need, right from the bar.

Four capture modes

URLflows for Teams offers four screenshot modes so you can capture exactly what you want:

  • Visible viewport — capture just what's currently on screen.
  • Region — drag to crop a specific area of the page.
  • Full screen — capture the whole screen.
  • Full page — capture a stitched grab of the entire page, including the parts below the fold.

Choose where it goes

Once you've captured, send the image wherever it's most useful:

  • Copy to the clipboard — paste it straight into a chat, doc, or ticket.
  • Download — save it as a file.
  • Both — copy and download in one step.
