Core How-Tos
Organize bookmarks into sections
Sections are the building blocks of URLflows for Individuals. Here's how to keep them tidy.
Create & rename
- Click + New Section in the sidebar to add one.
- Double-click the section title to rename it inline.
- Delete a section from its ⋯ menu — if it still holds bookmarks, URLflows asks first whether to remove them too or keep them as Unsectioned.
Reorder with drag-and-drop
- Drag a section's header to move it up or down.
- Drag a bookmark within a section to reorder it.
- Drag a bookmark across sections to move it — or drop a link straight from the web onto a section.
Group with dividers
- Add a labeled divider from a section's ⋯ menu to split it into sub-groups.
- In the default List layout, each divider wraps the bookmarks beneath it in a rounded container — drag the container by its frame to move the divider and all of its bookmarks at once.
- Drops snap to a container's edge, so you can't accidentally split a group.
- Tune how bold the outlines look with the Divider Border slider in Options → Bookmarks.
Choose a layout
Every section has a layout you can pick from its ⋯ menu — or set one default for all sections in Options → Bookmarks:
- List — the classic vertical rows with full titles and icons.
- Pills — wrapping rounded chips, perfect for tag-like collections.
- Cards — a compact tile grid that fits more links on screen.
- Flow — numbered steps with a thread line, ideal for routines; "Open all" becomes "Run flow".
Find & filter
- Search matches titles and URLs across every section in real time, gently opening collapsed sections so matches stay visible.
- Domain grouping regroups your bookmarks by the site they belong to, with favicons and counts.
- Sort by usage pushes your daily drivers to the top — see Surface your most-used bookmarks.
