Open links your way
Every bookmark in URLflows for Individuals has its own open behavior. Here's what you can control.
Pin to a tab position
Pin a bookmark to always open at a specific tab position — great for a dashboard or chat app you always want as tab #1.
Set a custom window size
Choose full-screen or a custom-sized window. Set width, height, and alignment (left, center, right) so links snap into place on your monitor.
Launch in App Mode
App Mode launches a link without browser chrome — no URL bar, no tabs — for a native-app feel. Perfect for tools like email, music, or chat.
Skip duplicate tabs
If a tab for the URL is already open, URLflows focuses that tab instead of opening a duplicate — the end of the dozen-Gmail-tabs problem.
Open a whole section at once
Click Open All on a section to launch every bookmark as background tabs in one click. Combine it with Refocus for total control over your window.
Per-bookmark overrides
- Open in the current tab vs. a new window.
- Background vs. foreground tab.
- Individual size & position settings that override section defaults.
