Getting Started
Install URLflows for Individuals
Get the extension into your browser and pick the launch mode that fits how you work. It's free, forever.
1. Install the extension
URLflows for Individuals is available on the Chrome Web Store. The same listing installs into Chrome and every Chromium-based browser.
Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera, Arc, and other Chromium browsers
- Open the Chrome Web Store listing for URLflows for Individuals.
- Click Add to Chrome — the label adapts to your browser ("Add to Edge", "Add to Brave", etc.) — and confirm the permissions prompt.
- Pin URLflows from the puzzle-piece Extensions menu so it's always one click away.
2. Pick your launch mode
URLflows for Individuals can live in a few places — choose the one that fits your setup:
- Sidebar — docked beside your pages, perfect for keeping links always visible.
- Pop Out — a floating window that sits beside the browser, great for a second monitor.
- Both — sidebar and pop-out at once, for multi-monitor setups.
- Chooser — a minimal prompt asks every time so you can decide on the fly.
You can change this later, and even mix modes across machines — see Choose where the sidebar lives.
3. Populate your sidebar
On first launch, a short welcome flow gives you three ways to start:
- Load example data to explore the features.
- Import your existing Chrome bookmarks by folder — see Import your Chrome bookmarks.
- Restore from a previously exported backup — see Back up & restore your data.
