Track feedback on the board
Once a spreadsheet is connected, the feedback board shows every tab's feedback as cards, with the first picture on each, so the team can see what's new and move it along.
Open the board
Press Feedback board at the top of the panel. The board needs a connected Google Sheet; without one it offers Set up Google Sheets. See Send feedback to a Google Sheet.
Find what you're looking for
- Status tiles count and filter New, In progress, Done and Won't do.
- Filter by kind (Bug, Idea, Copy change, Design, Question), search the text, and sort Newest first or Oldest first.
- Each tab of the spreadsheet (one per product, project or client) has its own feedback.
- Refresh loads anything sent since you opened it, and Open in Google Sheets opens the spreadsheet itself.
Open a report and change its status
Click a card to see every picture, the picked parts and all the details. Changing its status writes it back to the spreadsheet, so everyone connected sees the same thing.
The pictures live in the attachments folder in Google Drive beside the spreadsheet. The board shows them to everyone connected; share the folder with your team if they open them from the sheet too.
