Install Meeting Assistant by URLflows

Add the extension to Chrome, pin it, and open any Jira board or backlog — your subtasks show up automatically. It's private, free, forever.

1. Install from the Chrome Web Store

Meeting Assistant is a focused Chrome extension for Atlassian Jira, available on the Chrome Web Store.

  1. Open the Meeting Assistant listing (or search URLflows in the store).
  2. Click Add to Chrome, then confirm the permissions prompt.
  3. Because it comes from the Chrome Web Store, it installs the same way in Chromium browsers — Edge, Brave, Opera, Arc, and Vivaldi — where the button reads "Add to Edge", "Add to Brave", and so on.

2. Pin it for quick access

Pinning keeps the extension easy to reach:

  1. Click the puzzle-piece Extensions icon in your browser toolbar.
  2. Find Meeting Assistant in the list and pin it so its icon stays visible.

3. Open a Jira board or backlog

That's it — there's no sign-in and no account to create. Open your existing Jira (Atlassian) in the browser and head to any board or backlog. Meeting Assistant reads what's on the view you're looking at and renders subtasks automatically: under each parent card on a board, and in a tooltip when you hover an issue key on the backlog.
