Install & Setup

Get URLflows Workspace installed in your browser and pick your preferred launch mode.

1. Install the extension

  1. Open the Chrome Web Store listing for URLflows Workspace.
  2. Click Add to Chrome and confirm the permissions prompt.
  3. Pin the URLflows Workspace icon to your toolbar so it's always one click away.

2. Pick your launch mode

URLflows Workspace can live in four places — choose the one that fits your setup best:

  • Sidebar — docked beside your pages, perfect for keeping links always visible.
  • Pop Out — a floating window that sits beside the browser and follows minimize/restore.
  • Both — sidebar and pop-out simultaneously, for multi-monitor setups.
  • Chooser — a minimal prompt asks every time so you can decide on the fly.

3. Onboarding options

On first launch, URLflows Workspace gives you three ways to populate your sidebar:

  • Load example data to explore the features.
  • Import your existing Chrome bookmarks by folder structure.
  • Restore from a previously exported URLflows Workspace backup.
