Create Your First Flow

A flow is a section of bookmarks you can launch together — here's how to build one.

Add a section

  1. Open the URLflows Workspace sidebar.
  2. Click + New Section and give it a name — think "Morning Standup," "Deep Work," or "Code Review."
  3. A new empty section appears at the top of your sidebar.

Add bookmarks to the section

  1. With your target page open, click + Add inside the section — URLflows Workspace auto-fills the title, URL, and favicon.
  2. Or paste a URL manually if the page isn't open in front of you.
  3. Edit the title inline by clicking it.

Set how each link opens

Each bookmark has its own open behavior. Click the gear next to a link to configure:

  • Open location — new tab, current tab, or new window.
  • Window size — full-screen or a custom width/height aligned left, center, or right.
  • App Mode — strips browser chrome for a native app feel.
  • Tab position — pin the link to always open at a specific tab index.

Launch the flow

Click Open All on a section to launch every bookmark as background tabs, or click any individual link to open just that one with its configured behavior.
