By installing the URLflows for Individuals browser extension or using the urlflows.app website (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. The Service

URLflows for Individuals is a browser extension that helps developers and engineers manage their work by organizing and launching links, tabs, and tools. It is provided free of charge, and we intend to keep it that way — free, forever.

4. Your data

URLflows for Individuals is a local-first tool. Bookmarks, sections, settings, and click history are stored in your browser's local storage and are not transmitted to us. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Data preservation & backups

We do not guarantee the preservation of any data stored through the Service. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your bookmarks and data. URLflows for Individuals provides JSON export and folder-backup tools to help you do so.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by applicable law.
• Use the Service to store, distribute, or link to content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of it.

7. Intellectual property

The URLflows name, logo, and software are owned by URLflows. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser version or operating system.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, URLflows and its author will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of bookmarks or data. You are responsible for backing up your data.

10. Suspension & termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may harm us or others.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
