Data & Account
Privacy & Data
URLflows Workspace is a local-first tool. Your bookmarks and click history stay on your machine.
Where your data lives
- All bookmarks, sections, and settings are stored in Chrome Storage on your device.
- Click counts are stored locally and never leave your browser.
- No URLflows Workspace account is required to use the core features.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, share, or sync your bookmarks to any server.
- We don't track which URLs you visit outside URLflows Workspace.
- We don't use dark patterns to push upgrades.
Optional analytics
URLflows Workspace includes a toggle for anonymous usage analytics that help us understand which features matter. It is off by default. If you enable it, we collect aggregate, non-identifying event counts — never URLs or bookmark titles. You can manage this setting in Settings → Features.
Deleting your data
From Settings → Data Management you can reset settings or delete all URLflows Workspace data at any time. Uninstalling the extension also removes everything.
