Features

A power-user bookmark manager that lives in your browser sidebar or popout. Organize, launch, and manage your links with granular control.

Available now for Chrome and Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, Opera, Arc, and friends). A Firefox extension (add-on) is coming next, right after the Chromium release stabilizes.

Organize your bookmarks

  • Add, edit, and remove bookmarks in seconds
  • Group them into custom sections you name yourself
  • A catch-all spot for anything you haven't sorted yet
  • Instant search that finds matches as you type
  • Site icons next to every bookmark so you can spot them at a glance
  • Drag bookmarks around to reorder or move between sections
  • Optional "Are you sure?" before deleting — turn it off if you like to move fast

Sections that stay out of your way

  • Double-click a section name to rename it on the spot
  • Collapse sections you aren't using, or hide them all with one click
  • Drop a link from anywhere on the web onto a section — it lands right where you dropped it
  • Collapsed sections show a count so you know what's inside
  • Snapshot every open tab in your current window into a fresh, timestamped section in one click
  • Deleting a section that contains bookmarks asks first — remove the links too, or keep them as Unsectioned

Surface what you actually use

  • URLflows Workspace™ quietly learns which bookmarks you click most
  • Optional "Top Bookmarks" list at the top, updated automatically
  • Sort any section by name, by how much you use it, or leave it in your own order

See everything from one website

  • Switch to a view that groups every bookmark by the site it belongs to
  • Handy when you want to see all your Google Docs, GitHub repos, or favorite news sources in one place

Open URLflows Workspace the way you like

  • Pin it to Chrome's sidebar for quick access
  • Pop it out as a small floating window — perfect for second monitors
  • Or run both at the same time
  • Pick which side of the screen the pop-out lives on, and how far from the edge

A scratchpad for thoughts that don't deserve a bookmark

  • Built-in Temp Notes panel for jotting things down without leaving your sidebar
  • Available in both the side panel and the floating pop-out, with text synced between them
  • Turn the whole feature off if you don't want a scratchpad

Launch bookmarks, your way

  • Click a bookmark and — if it's already open — URLflows Workspace jumps straight to that tab instead of opening a duplicate
  • Open links in a window that's already the right size and in the right spot
  • Tell a bookmark exactly which tab slot to land in
  • Open a link as a clean, distraction-free app window — no address bar, no tabs

Reset your workspace in one click

  • Save sets of tabs you open over and over — morning routine, client call, writing session, you name it
  • One button closes what you're done with and reopens exactly the set you need
  • Tabs load in sequence so they don't step on each other
  • Build a set from scratch, or import from bookmarks you already have

Make it yours

  • Light and dark themes
  • Seven fonts, three text sizes, and three density options
  • Pick which buttons live in the sidebar — and in what order
  • Turn any feature on or off to match how you work
  • Reset your preferences without losing a single bookmark

Bring your bookmarks with you

  • One-click import from Chrome — your folder structure becomes sections automatically
  • Export everything to a file so you can back it up or move to another computer
  • Restore from that file at any time
  • Fresh install? A quick welcome flow helps you start with example data, your Chrome bookmarks, or a restored backup

Privacy that stays on your machine

  • Your bookmarks and click counts never leave your browser
  • No sign-up, no cloud sync, no profile of you
  • Optional anonymous analytics to help us improve — off by default and fully in your control

Easy on the eyes and the fingers

  • Full keyboard navigation — Tab, Enter, Escape, the works
  • Screen-reader friendly labels throughout
